Which size will fit my Laddu Gopal?
Measure your idol from the base of the neck to the floor while it is seated or standing, in inches, and match it to our Sizing & Fit Guide . If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. And if it still doesn't fit, your first exchange is free.
When will my order arrive?
Dispatch takes 2–3 working days. Delivery takes 5–7 working days to major cities and 7–10 elsewhere. Full detail is available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. See our Refund and Returns Policy .
Do you take bulk or temple orders?
Yes. Write to us with your requirement, quantity, and timeline, and we will come back with a proposal. Lead times for larger orders are longer than our standard dispatch window.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. Write to us and we will tell you as soon as we do.
Can you make a custom poshak?
Occasionally, for festivals and special occasions. Write to us with what you have in mind and how soon you need it. Custom pieces are not eligible for return.
