- Identity and contact details — name, email address, mobile number, and the delivery and billing addresses you enter at checkout.
- Order information — what you bought, order value, payment status, and any instructions or gift messages you add.
- Account information — if you create an account, your login credentials and saved addresses.
- Communication — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, contact form, or social media, including photographs you send to support a return or exchange request.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have opted in to our emails, WhatsApp updates, or newsletter.
- Reviews and content — product reviews, ratings, and photographs you choose to submit.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.

1.3 What we never collect or store
We do not store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials. All payments are processed directly by our payment gateway on their own secure systems. We receive only a confirmation of success or failure and the last four digits of the instrument used.

6. How long we keep your information
- Order and invoice records — retained for the period required under applicable Indian tax and GST laws.
- Account information — retained while your account is active and deleted on request, subject to legal requirements.
- Marketing data — retained until you unsubscribe, after which we retain only a suppression record where necessary to honour your request.
- Support conversations — retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support and maintain business records.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

- Correct anything inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your personal information, subject to information we must legally retain.

This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
