We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are ordering from outside India, write to us at theshreekrishnaposhak@gmail.com — we will tell you honestly whether we can help, and we will let you know when international shipping opens.

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000, with a handling fee of ₹49 added at checkout.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are taken up the following working day.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festival-season volume, and regional restrictions can cause delays outside our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email and an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking link and AWB number. You can follow the shipment from our courier partner's site at any time.
If your tracking has not updated in more than 72 hours, write to us and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.
Festival dispatch cut-offs
Janmashtami, Sharad Purnima, Diwali, and Annakut are the days our pieces are actually meant for — and the days couriers are slowest.
For each major festival we publish an order-by date on the homepage and on the relevant collection pages. Orders placed on or before that date are dispatched in time to arrive before the festival, subject to courier performance.
Orders placed after it will still be dispatched within our normal 2–3 day window, but we cannot promise pre-festival delivery.
Plan early. Thakurji's wardrobe is worth a week's notice.
Delivery attempts and address accuracy
- Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us.
- Please enter your complete address with landmark, pin code, and a reachable mobile number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
- Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Write to us immediately if you need one.
- If a shipment is returned to us undelivered, our Refund and Returns Policy applies.
Damage in transit
Please check the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the parcel looks tampered with, opened, or badly damaged, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day.
If you discover damage after opening, photograph the product and the outer box and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the piece or refund you in full under our Returns Policy.
Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be pursued with the courier and cannot be accepted.
Multiple items and part shipments
Where an order contains pieces from different collections, we may ship it in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you. You will receive separate tracking for each parcel.
